PICK UP FROM HQ KLAASWAAL
Purchased goods can be collected by appointment only from our depot in Klaaswaal
at the following address: Industrieweg 24, 3286 BW Klaaswaal, The Netherlands. You can make an appointment via the customer portal: click on the link in the email you received regarding handling and payment. Go through the steps and choose a pick up time. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- During the auction: Tuesday 11 till Friday 14 June, from 9:00 - 16:30
- After the auction: Monday 17 till Friday 21 June, from 9:00 - 16:30
140 PICK UP LOCATIONS IN THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM & GERMANY
You may pick up free of charge from one for our more than 140 offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. You will receive a pick up notification the moment your lots arrive at the local office of your preference. Find the nearest office here: www.goudwisselkantoor.nl. When arranging payment and shipping through our online customer portal, you can select the pick up location of your choice.
SHIPPING
For the categories coins and banknotes only, we offer inhouse shipping with UPS. When arranging payment and shipping through our online customer portal, select the "send by post" option - the shipping costs will then automatically be added to your invoice.
Another option is shipping via Easy2Send. They offer insured transport ranging from simple courier orders to the transport of exclusive pieces, both nationally and internationally. If you select "Easy2Send" as shipping method in the customer portal, you will receive a quote that you must approve and pay for separately - please note these shipping costs will not be added to your auction invoice but will be invoiced by Easy2Send directly!
Auction explanation
Here you will find all lots that will be auctioned live. Would you like to bid? Please make sure that you (1) have an account with us (register and (2) are logged in. Bidding is possible from the moment a lot is published online (usually 4 weeks prior to the live auction) until the moment the lot goes under the hammer in the live auction* - from that moment on you can only bid live. Please note: in the period prior to the live auction you will receive an email if you are outbid, but not during the live auction!
The dates and start times of the live auction can be found on this page under 'Auction days' and on page 3 of the printed catalogue. Make sure you are logged in on time if you want to bid live, the live auction can go very fast. In your account, you can create a list of favourite lot numbers to follow. You do so by logging in and clicking on the heart icon at the top left of the image of a lot. You can then find your list of favourites by clicking the 'My account' button at the top right of the screen; you now see your dashboard, with under the heading 'Buy' the 'Favourites' button.
*Explanation bid forms If you place a regular bid in the period prior to the live auction, this exact bid will be placed immediately. When you place an 'autobid', you indicate the maximum amount you are willing to pay. The system will then automatically increase your bid (if necessary), but only when you are outbid by someone else and only up to the maximum amount you specified.
