Pick up from HQ Klaaswaal
Collection of purchased goods in Klaaswaal is by appointment only. You can make an appointment via the customer portal. To do so, click on the link in the email you received regarding handling and payment. Follow the steps and choose a pick up time. You will then receive a pick up confirmation by e-mail. You can collect the goods at the following address: Industrieweg 24, 3286 BW Klaaswaal, The Netherlands.

You may pick up free of charge from one for our more than 175 offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. You will receive a pick up notification the moment your lots arrive at the local office of your preference. Find the nearest office here: www.goudwisselkantoor.nl. When arranging payment and shipping through our online customer portal, you can select the pick up location of your choice. You may also request this service via veiling@goudwisselkantoor.nl.

Shipping
We do not offer inhouse shipping. For shipping services our auction house closely cooperates with Easy2Send, who offer insured transport varying from straightforward courier orders to special tailor-made transport of exclusive items, both national and international. The price quotation depends on the weight and size of your piece(s) and the delivery address. If you select "Easy2Send" as shipping method via the customer portal, you will automatically receive a quote from them by e-mail. Auction explanation

Here you will find all lots that will be auctioned live. Would you like to bid? Please make sure that you (1) have an account with us (register and (2) are logged in. Bidding is possible from the moment a lot is published online (usually 4 weeks prior to the auction) until the closing time.

During a timed auction, lots are auctioned online and have predetermined closing times. In the online catalogue on our website, you will see the end time next to each lot; this is the time at which the lot will close. If bids are placed in the last minute before the end time, the end time is automatically extended by one minute. Bidding is still possible during the extension. This extension continues until no more bids are placed.

The dates and closing times of the live auction can be found on this page under 'Auction days' and on page 3. Make sure you are logged in on time if you want to bid live, the live auction can go very fast. In your account, you can create a list of favourite lot numbers to follow. You do so by logging in and clicking on the heart icon at the top left of the image of a lot. You can then find your list of favourites by clicking the 'My account' button at the top right of the screen; you now see your dashboard, with under the heading 'Buy' the 'Favourites' button.

*Explanation bid forms If you place a regular bid in the period prior to the live auction, this exact bid will be placed immediately. When you place an 'autobid', you indicate the maximum amount you are willing to pay. The system will then automatically increase your bid (if necessary), but only when you are outbid by someone else and only up to the maximum amount you specified.
